A Note About Our Customer Service

Garden Pro and Nature’s Pride are customer-based organizations focused 100% on consumer satisfaction. On time delivery of high quality products of a diverse offering of wood mulch, soils, stone and specialty products is our most important goal, which we strive daily to be the most customer oriented supplier in the industry.

Whereas our Customer Service Department and call center is the heartbeat of the organization, we stress customer service throughout the entire organization, from our manager who procures our raw products, through our plant operators, into our packaging crews and lastly our transportation and shipping staff. Throughout the entire process, we never lose sight of the end consumer, and what is needed to make their shopping experience the best possible.

We are very attentive to our retail customers and their needs for thorough and efficient business dealings concerning the shipment of their orders, store communications to managers and department heads and Senior Management to make rapid and timely changes to market opportunities. Our IT system is designed for speed, knowing that when associates call for order information, we can supply information immediately and accurately, that time equates to value of our organization.

Closely associated with our Customer Service is our Shipping and Transportation Department who have the responsibility to ship orders on-time and accurately. Our IT system provides a long-range view of the scheduled shipments to allow for the reservations of trucks for delivery as well as contacting customers with a delivery schedule.

We take great pride in understanding retail stores needs of efficient receiving. Before shipping, the load list is triple checked for accuracy, which guarantees 100% of receiving accuracy, which keeps Purchase Orders and inventory correct and no need for change orders. On the occasional product issue that happens, our Customer Service staff has full training and knowledge of our products and can easily assist customers in a satisfactory resolution. Our computer systems are directly connected between our manufacturing plants and our call center, and everything is in real time, when customers inquire as to order or shipping status we can provide immediate and accurate information concerning their orders, with by the minute updates.

Poor management of inventory is always the center of customer disappointment. Our Customer Service Staff has constant and full visibility to production and inventory. On the few isolated cases where there is an inventory shortage due to strong demand, our Customer Service coordinates all of the efforts between production and shipping to keep product moving to the stores. Our goal is 100% on-hand 24/7/365.
